Nick’s sessions are friendly, inclusive and push you in the right direction. After attending once a week for the last few months I feel stronger and I also leave each session feeling more open in my body and mind. The sessions are appropriate for all levels as Nick is great at adjusting to each person’s ability. It doesn’t matter what your level of fitness is as Nick will always find something suitable! It’s a pleasure to exercise outside and is one of the reasons I joined. The garden is a great space and the community ethos of Yoked is felt with Nick’s teaching and his other important community focused initiatives. I can recommend these sessions to all.

I can’t recommend Yoked Fitness enough! Both the group classes and personal training sessions with Nick have been amazing and I’ve enjoyed every single one! I love that every class is different so you are always trying new movements and developing different muscles. I also enjoy exercising outdoors and find the 30 min class duration easy to fit in my busy schedule. Nick is continuously improving the classes and trying new things which is great. He is very supportive, knows how to get you out of your comfort zone and push you for best results. If you have any doubts please try a class and you will be hooked!

You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
